Transpersonal means βtransβ transcends beyond the person βpersonalβ. This style of therapy uses different modalities to work beyond the ego-self. It focuses on the spiritual aspects of the human experience to help you transcend your inner self, explore higher states of consciousness, and multidimensional healing.
We will work with the 3 layers of the human experience; the mind, body, and soul. This might look like hypnosis, somatic exercises, meditation, dreamwork, astrology and much more. Step into the realm of multidimensional healing!
